Glitchy Pancakes

This one is deep but illuminating. In the shadow of the recent harassment scandals across fandom, we sit down with author/illustrator/survivor advocate M. M. Schill, and Multiverse Convention Chair Allie Charlesworth. How bad is the problem? How do we start fixing it? How can we all do better as a community? Whatever viewpoint you're looking at this topic from, we hope you'll learn something today.
