Sami’s background includes managing complex global teams with a strong customer focus and hunger for continuous learning. A people-centric leader with a passion for generating inclusive workplaces and creating opportunities for underserved and underrepresented talent.

Rose Cartolari is a Leadership Advisor and Executive Coach specialising in helping
the C-Suite and their teams update their leadership capacity and thrive in a rapidly changing world. Her over 30-year career includes management roles in
large organizations such as American Express and UNICEF, teaching at elite business schools in the US and Italy, as well as co-founding and serving as COO of
Scharper Pharmaceuticals SpA, which she successfully sold in 2011.
Rose is on a mission to bring diverse voices into all spaces where decisions are made. To this end, she writes and speaks internationally on issues related to
leadership strategy and culture change. She is a TedX speaker, co-author of Winning Mindset and has published numerous articles in global publications.
Rose serves on the Executive Committee of European Women On Boards, sits on the Advisory Board of DiverCity magazine.
