But regarding this year, the variety that I've seen at the box office is a throwback to what I call the good old days. You know, I saw Sinners this year, Friendship. What was it? I think it's War Zone Warfare. I'm sorry, the Alex Garland film in collaboration with the United States Soldier."

"Turns out this past couple of weeks there was the first showing of the new Philippe Brothers film, Bring Her Back. And wow, what a journey that was. The theater was absolutely packed. I think everybody did some similar research to find out if that was the film in question. And I was really looking forward to this movie. I thought the trailers looked very strong. I was not a huge fan of the Philippe Brothers last film talked to me, I thought it was okay."

"I think that the majority of the films in this franchise are not very good, but then also, you know, I think they contain something that I also see in the new terrifier films. You terrifier a franchise that's absolutely exploding in terms of popularity. But I. A franchise I find very little value in. I think the story is pretty flimsy."

"It'll always be a three way tie. Night of the Living Dead, 28 days later and Hereditary are three of the most like terrifying films that I've seen at multiple stages of my life. And I always go back to all of them just to revisit them and why they bother me. I remember Night of the Living Dead used to come on channel 20 here in Chicago. I don't even know if that channel is exist anymore."

"My favorite summer slasher is Jaws, because it's a good classic film, and it's. It's always a great film to watch in the summer. It's set in the summer, so I think that's probably one of my favorites of all time. Even watching it makes you feel like it's summertime sometimes. Beyond that, I don't know. It's probably. Well, talking about this question, I must say that here summers are we know that it's scorching and sometimes piping hot. That's why I would not prefer any kind of heavy makeup. "For me, it's happiness. If you are going to watch this movie, just forewarning, please go into it and know that this is not a pick up and play film. This is a movie that is tackling a lot of very, very sensitive subject matter and it does it in a weird way of black comedy. And I guess you could call it the suburban drama at the same time, which is very fascinating because it's not a straight up horror movie."

My high school senior year and into college early years was really highlighted, or at least the leisure part by midnight movie showings of Rocky Horror. The Rocky Horror Picture Show. "So I am. I picked this prompt because my best friend who she passed away four years ago, she was a total Rocky Horror fan. She was obsessed with the movie. The movie theme song was the ringtone on her phone. I never really got into Rocky Horror like that, but this jumped out at me because she would have loved this and she would have been all about this being the 50th anniversary. So my connection to this is just, you know, great memories of my."
