Tonight on Veritas, our special guest is Professor Gloria Moss, a researcher who has spent years uncovering hidden truths in history - and what she’s found is shocking.
We’ve all been told that history’s greatest fires - Rome in 64 AD, London in 1666, Chicago in 1871, Seattle in 1889 - were nothing more than tragic accidents. But what if these fires weren’t just random disasters?
What if they were part of a pattern? A blueprint for urban transformation, land seizures, and massive shifts in power?
Take the Great Fire of Rome. The city burned, and before the ashes cooled, Nero began building his grand palace on the ruins.
Or the Great Fire of London. It wiped out the medieval city, but strangely, key financial buildings were untouched - and plans for a redesigned London were already in place.
And then there’s Chicago in 1871, Seattle in 1889, San Francisco in 1906 - each time, the same story. A fire breaks out, the city is destroyed, and suddenly, a new, more profitable version rises in its place.
But here’s where it gets disturbing - this pattern isn’t just history.
Look at Lahaina, Hawaii, in 2023. A fire destroys one of the most historic places in the Pacific. Before the embers cool, developers and government officials are already discussing plans for a "smart city."
Or California’s so-called "wildfires." Entire communities vanish overnight, only for the land to be repurposed for new government-backed projects.
And now, the 2025 Great Fire of Los Angeles. A disaster that wiped out entire districts - conveniently paving the way for LA’s "climate-resilient urban redesign."
What is really happening here?
Are these disasters, or engineered resets?
And if they are intentional, who stands to benefit?
Tonight, we expose the hidden history of great fires and how they may be part of a much larger playbook - one that’s still being used today.
Get ready for an eye-opening discussion. Professor Gloria Moss is coming up next.
