Flipping the entrepreneurial switch
In this episode, Anna is joined by colleague, Ashley Noethe, who met each other through their first business venture in network marketing.
In this episode, they discuss how saying “yes” to an opportunity many years ago has helped mold their entrepreneurial journey.
We speak on creating a personal brand and community, getting out of your comfort zone, overcoming fear, and pivoting your business journey through new opportunities.
This episode also reminds us to give people who are seeking out new opportunities to make money more grace and to cheer others on - so powerful!
Ashley Noethe is a mom of 3, wife, realtor, entrepreneur, lifelong learner, unapologetic weirdo and positivity fanatic.
She began her career in finance, worked in education for 11 years, and then ultimately left to start a new chapter on her own terms. Her new journey all started in early 2019 when Ashley stepped out of her comfort zone to join a direct sales company where she sold wine club memberships. The experience resulted in a pivotal mind shift which opened her eyes to the world of entrepreneurship and gave her a hunger to live boldly. She found a love of growing a brand on social media and encouraging others to step outside their box. She later went on to obtain her real estate license and currently helps people buy and sell homes in the Des Moines, Iowa metro.
Additionally, she and her husband founded Almond Tree Properties to build a real estate investment portfolio. Ashley credits her direct sales experience with being the stepping stone into her new self. Her philosophy is, “Just say yes and figure it out as you go” and she believes that we are all more capable than we give ourselves credit for, if only we take decisive action and get out of our own way.
