Jenny Levine Finke is the founder of Good For You Gluten Free, where she helps people with celiac disease and gluten sensitivities manage their diet and restore their health. She is a certified integrative nutrition coach, certified by the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, and a has cultivated an audience of more than 100,000 monthly readers. Jenny also found The Bloggers Club and runs the Denver Bloggers Club, a 600 member organization, where she plans monthly workshops and an annual conference for bloggers and influencers called the Fuel Your Influence Conference.

Today I had the amazing privilege to speak with Michelle Spano who is the the Communications Manager at the Gluten intolerance group. She oversees their social media as well as all communications in and out of the organization. She is gluten-free and lives in New Jersey with her husband and son. She loves to cook and bake, and has had quite quite the adventure throughout this quarantine time with working full-time and being solo with a toddler. I know I can relate to her and I am sure so many of you can too. I loved talking to her today, anytime I speak with anyone from the gig, I have that much more respect for our certified gluten free label on our favorite products. The entire organization is like one big gluten free family. Today’s episode is a special one. I have two celiac celebrities. Yes I am talking major celebrities to our gluten free community. Mike and Cam from the Celiac Project!!  They are on a public mission to help people who are coping with the life changing gluten free diagnosis and to help them feel empowered moving forward, and live a safe and fulfilling life. Their efforts to advance the conversation about what we can do individually and as a society to support the gluten intolerant community has been an inspiring journey for all of us to watch and be a part of. Michael was finally diagnosed with celiac disease after so many long years of suffering, As a filmmaker himself, he decided the world needed a documentary of true and important facts about Celiac Disease. So he took on the Celiac Project. I am going to let you hear for yourself how Michael and cam joined forces to continue this effort with their Podcasts ‘The Celiac Project’ 

Shortly after connecting with Mike and Cam, we realized how close our missions aligned and we had an instant connection.
