I have trouble sleeping on top of being a light sleeper. I think I've tried it "all"; melatonin pills, sleep aids, ambient sounds, white noise, falling asleep to the tv/reading, keeping the room at a colder temperature... And still, I find myself up at an hour I really wish I was sleeping during and I wake up at the drop of a needle. Then I found @GetSleepy and I was hoping they would cure me of my woes.
