The program focuses on verses from II Tim. Many important items for evangelizing are mentioned including sound doctrine will be shunned, people will follow their own desires/teachers and many will turn aside to fables. These are severe warnings as we approach the end times but the last part of the verse encourages us to be watchful, endure afflictions, be an evangelist & fulfill our ministry.

Gary and Manny share points from II Tim. 4:2 that will help all of us share our faith with others as well as help minister to other believers. Two of the points focus on being ready both in season and out of season. Gary reviews portions of 12 of his testimonies from the past three programs that demonstrate the points from II Tim. 4:2 helped him.

The program begins with two insights for believers. First, we are called to live for the Lord 24/7, not just on Sundays, special events, et al, but everyday. Next, God was in Christ reconciling the world to Himself and He has given us the ministry of reconciliation, introducing others to God and His plan. The three testimonies including a healing in a pizza parlor beer garden, the restoration of a young tennis player and her family and an intervention that prevented a deadly assault on an IRS office.

Gary presents more testimonies. He describes a called intent on suicide, a couple of encounters with Jehovah Witnesses and a miraculous healing of a Christian who suffered from depression, oppression, and more for years.

Gary and Manny discuss some spiritual points and encourage listeners to walk out their walk trying to serve the Lord everyday and know His power and presence is resident with and through them to others.

Gary and Manny will take a break from the Book of Romans. This and following programs will focus on testimonies, primarily from Gary's walk with the Lord. For those not familiar with his background, the Lord uses him to minister in the highways and byways of this world, i.e. banks, stores, restaurants, movie sets, sporting events and more. Gary will share the complete testimony and then he and Manny will make comments. Gary will also share insights into how and why the Holy Spirit works through him.

The program covers Romans 11:16-21. There is a lengthy comment on verse 16, showing the covenant forefathers of Israel and how this foundation will one day lead to the Jews returning to God through Jesus. Other verses here note the importance of humility for the grafted-in Gentiles; just as the original branches were removed, Gentiles need to stay humble about the blessings and the position they have inherited due to the rejection of such by the Jews.

Gary begins with a testimony on how the Holy Spirit led him to go to a Federal Bldg "right now." Once there he met with a staffer for a local Congressman; she just "happened" to be free. Gary and Manny share a couple other Spirit-led moments and the importance for believers to be sensitive to the HS. More verses in Romans 11 point out the fall of the Jews, from Jesus to themselves, opened blessings to Gentiles...yet the Jews are not totally out of the picture.

Gary and co-host Manny review Romans 11:5-10. They expound on the main points in these verses, including that all must not think, like Elijah, that they or their group are the only ones faithful to God; that those who harden their heart against Jesus as the Only Way may see God further harden their heart; and just as the Jews missed out, did not benefit from Jesus's death, many may try other paths to God, leaving Jesus out of the picture, and doom themselves to eternity separated from God.

Gary and Manny revisit the story of pastor telling a serviceman that God does not help people on earth, but only in heaven...leading to the suicide of the serviceman. A trip to Colorado was the site of a dramatic answer to prayer; Manny prayed for a family in need asking the Lord for an answer in 24 hours. God answered in even less time. Gary shares the biblical truth of giving thanks in all things and how a Teamsters-led transportation company was changed by this truth.

The theme in Romans 10 of those NOT seeking God finding Him while those who seem to seek Him do not find Him is continued. The Jews even greatly upset God through their disobedience, even though the Lord was stretching His hands toward them. The first verses in Romans 11 are reviewed and Gary and Manny make a powerful point. Believers are not to think too highly of themselves but they are also NOT to think too lowly of themselves, opening them up to low self-esteem, lack of confidence and even condemnation from the enemy.
