Now, we all know that Neysa (@myriadthatisme) and Faith (@thefefi_CEO) love the Lord, but sometimes the church house can be quite funny.
Faith and Neysa have been working, living, laughing, touring with Janet Jackson and guess what? It has caught up with them. Like seriously, how busy is too busy? But before we get into that we discuss Neysa's love of Damita Jo, who we have on our personal board of directors, and many other things.
We're baaaackkkk! The ladies continue their conversation on all the changes that happen at 40 and today's conversation is about tears. Why do you cry all the time over 40? Also, should Neysa go to the Janet Jackson concert or stay within her budget and sit this one out? Finally, Faith speaks to the power of investing in your friendships. To her, moments matter and should be cherished.

We promise that we are sober. Like, seriously, sober! But, my God, we had a time today and guess who is singing? Yep, Neysa (Ig: @myriadthatisme)! Faith (Ig: @thefefi_CEO) walked us through 90's R&B, managing your body after 40, and wooo, so much more. Grab a glass of something with a significant alcohol content and buckle up because we are wilding' today.
We're back! Yep, we know. We said we would be consistent but eh, such is life. Neysa was sick (again) and swears she almost died. Faith decided she could outrun a tornado while in Memphis. But the real story is that the state legislature in Tennessee is acting a plum fool and totally disrespecting the constituents and the 6 people who were murdered just 3 weeks ago.Note: As of publishing, Representative Justin Jones has been reinstated to the House.
This week, we have no answers but we have all the questions. Can a person who attended a PWI weigh in on HBCU business? If you are back in the office, how are you managing the change in your schedule? What are you watching? And who do you admire and why?
Neysa and Faith head to Memphis to take in a Memphis Grizzlies game, the hotel lets us down and we discover that we are equally afraid of heights. It was kind of a mess y'all, but we are here to talk about it and more. Join us on the couch.
It is the month of LOVE and let's be honest, it is hard out here for the single folks and Dr. LaTresa Jackson joins us on the couch to keep it all the way real. Now, look, this isn't a male bashing episode. Nor it is a "pick me" episode. It's a real talk episode where we get down to it. So on this day of L-O-V-E, let's be intentional and honest about who we are, what we are looking for, and our intentions.
How do you talk to your coworkers? What about your friends? We bet you talk to them with respect and courtesy. But how do you talk to yourself? I bet you don't take the same amount of care when you speak to yourself. Look, we get it. Boy do we get it. But if February is the month of love, shouldn't that love start with yourself.
Faith and Neysa both share their journey to self love - even as life and bodies change. Join us.
