This episode is a hodgepodge of topics including:
Neysa is sick. (So sick that she went to church because she didn't want to be found "wanting".)
Faith is trying to get a church usher fired (Yes, she is a PK).
Princess Tiana married her Naveen (does he have a conk?).
If you are in a relationship - are you private or are you a secret?
Just sit down and get ready to laugh because we are still being us.
Hey, sis! How are your resolutions going? Look a "new year, new you" can't start until you get your mind right and that's why we have a mental health expert to help us get it together!
Welcome Danielle Taylor, friend of the pod and licensed therapist, to the show as she walks us through what we need to be successful in keeping our resolutions this year.
Follow us on IG! Also, if you are in California and need to talk to a therapist, you can reach out to Danielle at (562) 285-7417 or at https://www.realmomslive.com.
Is there a doctor in the house? Why, yes. Yes, there is! Faith and Neysa are joined by Dr. Audrey Stewart.
Audrey Stewart is a Doctor of Nursing Practice with more than 10 years in the medical field. Dr. Audrey works to reduce health care disparities by promoting wellness in the African-American community and encouraging us all to live active lifestyles. Dr. Audrey is the Tennessee liaison for the American College of Cardiology, a non-profit medical society dedicated to enhancing the lives of cardiovascular patients.
When she is not working, Dr. Audrey walks it like she talks it and is an avid triathlete having completed four half Ironman competitions and one full Ironman. Look, we needed Dr. Audrey because we must intentionally navigate our health now that we are over 40. Dr. Audrey is here to answer all of the questions and you know Neysa has the most important question..."Does sex count as cardio?" (Dr. Audrey answers, y'all.)
The 2023 newness continues as Faith & Neysa welcome Rhea Daniels, Chief Style Curator for Papierdoll Factory, to the couch. You have a new year, a new plan, but how does your look impact your goals? Well, a lot! Rhea walks us through upgrading your brand to upgrade your life.

So, allow us to reintroduce ourselves. Well, briefly... but more on that later.

The world mourns the loss of tWitch Boss. Meg takes the stand and the economy is struggling. The episode is heavy but Faith and Neysa talk about it all.
On this week's episode of Go, Ladies!, Faith and Neysa discuss COGIC fashion (Neysa wants a hat), Faith's trouble remembering her lines, T.J. Holmes tawdry business, how Faith is the new Wednesday Adams, and how people need therapy (so much therapy).
Also, if you haven't cleaned out all of your Thanksgiving leftovers; please let this be your reminder.
Neysa is thankful for her thrupple and Faith is thankful for her FIRE haircut & her husband. Obviously, both of the ladies have had too much egg nog and need to focus. On today's episode, the #40plus ladies discuss Black Panther:Wakanda Forever, ethnicity v. race, and the evolution of artists.
