  • 16. We All Just Need to be Listened to More...
Today on Go With The Flo I talk about my need to be listened to more, as I listen to myself speak without time limit or judgement. We humans long to be listened to and truly intentionally understood. And that requires time. So to anyone listening, I invite you to take the time to listen to your loved ones, and most importantly to yourself. We have a lot going on in our lives so taking a bit of time to truly listen, can help find clarity and empathy for oneself. If you have any thoughts please feel free to reach out @noflomo on Instagram and Florence Ryan on YouTube.

  • 14. Re-defining Yourself in your 20s
Weeeelcome back to Go With the Flo! It’s been a while. In today’s episode, I talk about redefining oneself as I go through the short bio I wrote about myself a year ago, in attempt to update it. Crazy to think about how much I’ve changed in the past year and how differently I would present myself today. Enjoy! Also here are my links:

  • 11. How to Cope When Everything Seems Out of Control
Today on Go With The Flo, I talk about how I cope when life's not going as planned. 2020 has been the hardest year of my life. This year has been full of cancelled plans, disappointments and overwhelming incidents, most of which are not within my control. I talk about my personal coping mechanisms which include doing small things that make you feel productive and somewhat in control. These include making your bed, doing small tasks, talking to friends regularly, engaging yourself in contributing to tackling the world's endless issues, by signing petitions for instance, and more!
Please feel free to share your own methods with me :) Have a great day!

  • 7. Education is the Solution?
Today I spoke about education and the importance of taking our own education into our hands, and continuously seek to learn, discover, understand the world around us. Whether it’s through reading a book, articles, watching a movie or documentary, or talking to someone else, we have a LOT to learn and taking little steps to educate ourselves further can go a long way. Our generation are the future citizens and leaders. We will run our countries, and being more open minded, empathetic and having higher awareness of the world can only help us make better decisions that benefit all.
Let me know what you learn this week! I’m genuinely curious :)
