It was incredible to remember the purpose of art — seeing the creator within each and every one of us and how it connects us with each other, our soul, and the divine. 

What could matter more than that —

If that is what gets us out of bed?

If that it is what propels us to care for the earth, to care for each other?

Without giving and receiving love, what is the value of any of this, at all?

The value is the beauty that gets created from our artistic display from caring and giving a care in the world to begin with.

a really easy answer to this question. And when I was 27 I legally changed my first name, which was quite a transformative process. And incidentally, like these two things didn't really have anything to do with each other but I just decided to pick up painting again as a hobby because I showed a lot of interest in it when I was a kid, but I was going through such like a metamorphosis I guess in my life that I just found that a lot of things that like clicking into place and the minute I picked up acrylic I was enamored with it and I found that I had an affinity for it.
