Setting goals is a huge part of societal expectations. From a very young age, we are taught to set goals for our lives- What do you want to be when you grow up? What grades do you want to get in school? If you get straight A's all semester, you'll get ... as a reward!

We're taught that goals are the foundation of success in life, but when we shift into spiritual awareness, we realize that goals aren't necessarily all they are cracked up to be.

So instead, we find manifestation. Envisioning our desired outcome, calling it into reality, shifting our energy into a high-vibe place. But eventually, we realize that even manifestation has its limits.

So what gives? This Coffee Conversation is going to dive into all things goals and visions, including:

- When is setting a goal important?
- What is the difference between a goal and a vision?
- When and how 'should' we manifest?
