In this episode, I gave my thoughts on both final fours. This includes my thoughts on the Angel Reese-Cailtin Clark controversy. The Caps and Wiz were eliminated from playoff contention. I'm looking forward to going to Nats games despite them being terrible. DC Defenders lost to the worst team in the league but my experience at Audi Field the week before, was memorable. I introduced a new segment called, "College basketball reference players of the episode". The Hypothetical GOTE returned with a matchup between: The Ball is Life Fantasy Basketball league and the Women's College Basketball 1st team All-Americans.

In my 3rd episode with Zach, we started off by discussing FAU, a team we saw in person at the beginning of the tournament. We gave our final four opinions and predictions for both the men and women. We had a Jokic vs Embiid MVP discussion. Cavs will at least make the second round. Wizards might as well get ready for next year. We both got the Nuggets in the NBA Finals vs the Bucks or Celtics. We gave our thoughts about MLB opening day for our favorite teams and made early World Series predictions.

In this episode, I once again remind people that the Caps are ALL CAP, on to the next season. I gave some thoughts on the Elite 8. Ceedy left the Eagles and I was heartbroken. I gave my thoughts on the other free agents as well. Cavs vs Sixers was epic, would love to see in the playoffs. I don't want the Wizards to tank but the fanbase is split on this topic. I slept on the WBC but I'm disappointed team USA lost. The DC Defenders are rollin.

In this episode, I talk about my experience watching the tournament in Columbus. There were plenty of upsets, I gave my thoughts on those. Ken pom and 538 are looking pretty good with their analytics. Ed Cooley going to Georgetown gives me hope!

In this episode, I gave my thoughts on Howard, Oklahoma and the NCAA basketball tournament. Boeheim retired and Ewing has parted ways with Georgetown. NFL offseason is going strong. DC Defenders are the REAL Washington Football team. Wizards are mid and are holding on for dear life.

In this episode, I talked about multiple DC sport teams. Eagles and Chiefs had a rematch on twitter, can't wait until the fall. Ja Morant was wylin. NFL QB Market is insane, Lamar Jackson is going to command an insane amount of money.

In this episode, I started off by giving my final thoughts on the super bowl and the Eagles offseason outlook. Eric Bieniemy is now a division rival. NBA All-Star Weekend was hit or miss. The Wizards and Caps are fighting to make the playoffs. DC Defenders are back, they are winning against but I'm skeptical about their championship odds. OU women's basketball fascinates me, OU men's basketball frustrates me but at least they are improving!

In this episode, Ben and Ryan return to discuss the Super Bowl and their reaction to it. Some friendly Cowboys-Eagles banter. We looked ahead to next season, giving our predictions about the first game and the last. We all agree that OU men's basketball is a disappointment and that OU women's basketball have chance to make the sweet 16. The Kyrie trade might not make a difference in who makes the finals, our opinions were split on that. Hockey, MLB and NFL contracts were also brought up during this episode!
