In this episode, I started off by reporting my unique experience at the Washington Spirit game. Nats fans were talking about playoffs because of their recent success, had to slow down on that. Mystics had a big win vs the Aces. Things are looking up as they start to get healthy. I tried my hand at a college football preview. Gave my takeaways from fantasy football drafting. Viktor Hovland killed the last two legs of the Fed Ex Cup playoffs. I gave more undisputed thoughts. What Nebraska did with their volleyball was pretty cool.

Nats got their lick back on the Reds. Dylan Crews is in Fredericksburg and I have to go see him. Washington Spirit was too little, too late with their challenge cup push. Mystics falling back even more now. The Alabama Riverfront incident temporarily unified my fellow brothers and sisters.
In this episode, I immediately decided to call out useless training camp headlines. Jonathan Taylor should get the money he deserves but has little to no leverage. Justin Herbert is cold and deserves his money. Nats still in last place and traded Candelario. Mets traded their two high priced pitchers. USWNT were messing around. Mystics starting to feel the effects of not having some of their stars. Lynx went on a little streak despite losing Phee. Terence Crawford made that fight with Errol Spence look easy.
Good to make 200 regular episodes! Commanders are celebrating too much but I'm trying to understand where they're coming from. Nats playing better. I went to the wrong Harrisburg vs Bowie game. Mystics guard combo hanging in there. Spirit getting spanked while dealing with Women's World Cup roster changes. Prayers for Ceedy Duece and Bronny. Jaylen Brown got the bag. Quick story about my college football fandom throughout the years.
I recorded this episode right after Mystics camp day. They lost but I wasn't accepting any excuses. Nats looked terrible against the Cubs. The Harrisburg Senators were in Bowie to face the Baysox. Big time prospect battle. NFL Running backs are victim to the changing of the game. I tried to attack some Vid IQ topics at the end. Hope you enjoy!
I started off this episode by ranting about the Chiefs and the ESPYs best team award. NBA Summer League was cool, potential was seen, overreactions were made. The Nats took Dylan Crews and I can live with that. Mystics hanging in there. I tried to touch on the Northwestern scandal and USMNT losing in the gold cup semi-finals
In this episode, I talk about Kuzma resigning along with other big NBA free agency moves. Washington Spirit got cooked but the food was great. Nats got annihilated by the Reds. Mystics going through roster changes but should still be primed to make a postseason run. The Vic and Britney situation was dumb and we missed out on a dope picture.
