Welcome back to the Goblin Lore Podcast!! Today Alex and Taya are diving into the Bloomburrow story. Prior to getting to this review Hobbes recorded an announcement about the fact that he will be taking a break from recording. He plans to be back in September and wanted to be transparent about recent difficulties. The show will be coming out regularly and Hobbes is still involved, he needs to step back from recording only at this point.

As promised, we keep Mental Health Links available every episode. But For general Mental Health the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) has great resources for people struggling with mental health concerns as well as their families. We also want to draw attention to this article on stigma from NAMI's site.

Welcome back to the Goblin Lore Podcast and the celebration of 6 years of doing this show (first episode was posted 6/18/2018 but we had to re-record it after we lost it... so we'd TECHNICALLY been around...). The goblins gather to celebrate 6 years for the podcast and to talk about what the cast stands for and the major recurring themes that permeate the show. Along with this they provide some episode recommendations for those different topics.

Welcome back to the Goblin Lore Podcast and our final episode for May (aka Mental Health Awareness Month). Sure it's June but Goblins are gonna be Goblins. We are returning to a topic that Alex introduced way back in Episode 84 on Self-Compassion and Self-Care especially in the era of a Pandemic.
Today all three hosts are here to talk about the struggles we have with being compassionate towards ourselves, even when we are compassionate to those around us. We look at what self-compassion is (and also what it is not). We hope you all enjoy!

Hello, Podwalkers, and welcome back to another episode of the Goblin Lore Podcast! May is Mental Health Awareness Month and the plan is for all the episodes this month to relate to important topics within Mental Health. And while that was the plan... things happen. So our final planned topic for MH Awareness Month will hopefully be next week.
In the meantime Alex and Taya dive down into MH3 the Future Sight of the Horizons some may say (it's Alex... Alex says it a lot)

Hello, Podwalkers, and welcome back to another episode of the Goblin Lore Podcast! May is Mental Health Awareness Month and the plan is for all the episodes this month to relate to important topics within Mental Health. We are also participating (along with other excellent creators) in partnering for a Mental Health Charity Event this coming weekend (May 18/19). Hobbes goes over the details in today's episode.
We are back (for the 3rd time) to discuss Cognitive Distortions/Common Mistakes in Thinking. We discussed this way back in Episode 69 about Davriel's "Entity" and again in Episode 148. May seemed like a good time to revisit, This article is used as the jumping off point for discussion and can be a resource to learn more!

Hello Podwalkers, and welcome back to the Goblin Lore Podcast! All three hosts are back for the long awaited discussion on the Story from Thunder Junction. For much more in depth analysis of each episode we highly recommend checking out our friends The Vorthos Cast, while we look at higher level themes, story direction, the metaphysics of omenpaths and of course Uncle Breeches and Uncle Malcolm. We also want to point people to the You Tube video hosted by Kathleen from LRR and includes Michelle Rapp, Radley, and Alison Luhrs about Jace and his presentation in story!
