Who is really in control in our lives? Is it our brain who does the cognitive thinking? Our Ego who tells us what we are? Our spirit that discerns the right and wrong?

What is our Internal self? What is our External Self? What is the difference?

The question is as old as mankind. Who am I, really? We continue our deep dive into discovering our I am in this episode.

What is our "I am"? Does everyone have one? How do I discover my I am? Why should I try?

What are our four main appetites? What effect do they have on us? How could keeping them in balance change our day to day life?
