Today, I’m going to talk about how powerful creating a morning routine can be and what you can do to release “feel-good” hormones and decrease your depression. Of course, this includes eating a healthy breakfast. If you’re pressed for time, start out by making your routine a short one. Other than breakfast, take a few minutes for each of the 4 other parts I suggest, and you’ll set the tone for your day while nurturing the wellness of your mind, body, and spirit.

Last week, I gave you steps to guide you on finding your Dream Life, writing your Dream Life story, and steps to refining it. Then, you took your refined Dream Life story and created a bio of your Future Self.
Today, I’m going to provide you with an exercise that will help you find the negative beliefs that are keeping you from living your Dream Life. You’ll choose the number 1 negative belief holding you back, and then next week, we’ll start talking about how to transform negative beliefs into a positive ones.

We’ll keep repeating this pattern until we’re done.

That’s why I want you to be prepared with a self-care memento for yourself that reminds you how special and precious you are RIGHT NOW at this moment in time. Why create EVENING LOVE MEDITATIONS? For me, the answer is they remind me how much God loves me, make me feel safe, and calm my nervous system, so I can relax and go to sleep. They remind me of my blessings, and that I am not alone because my Higher Power is always beside me: just a whisper away even while I sleep.
