After finishing last week’s podcast episode: “Looking and Listening for Love,” that is God’s love, I realized a lot of you out there are struggling with post-traumatic stress like I did for decades. That’s why today, after we meditate on my poem, “My Divine, Sacred Self,” I want to talk about calming the storm inside you. By that I mean calming your nervous system.
