2 Tim 3:16 All Scripture is inspired by God and is useful to teach us what is true and to make us realize what is wrong in our lives. It corrects us when we are wrong and teaches us to do what is right.

"No temptation has overtaken you that is not common to man. God is faithful, and he will not let you be tempted beyond your ability, but with the temptation, he will also provide the way of escape, that you may be able to endure it" (1 Corinthians 10:13).

The phrase "help meet" appears in the Bible in Genesis 2:18, where the Lord says, "It is not good that the man should be alone; I will make him an help meet for him". The Hebrew term for "help meet for him" is ezer kenegdo, which literally means "a helper suited to, worthy of, or corresponding to him". The word "helper" can mean a partner or ally. The Hebrew word ezers is translated into English as "help" in Genesis 2:18 and appears twenty-one times in the Old Testament. Ezer is a combination of two roots: "to rescue," "to save," and "to be strong". Outside of Genesis 2, the word "helper" in the Bible exclusively describes the way God himself helps his people.

1 Peter 3: 1 The same goes for you wives: Be good wives to your husbands, responsive to their needs. There are husbands who, indifferent as they are to any words about God, will be captivated by your life of holy beauty. What matters is not your outer appearance—the styling of your hair, the jewelry you wear, the cut of your clothes—but your inner disposition. 4b-6 Cultivate inner beauty, the gentle, gracious kind that God delights in. The holy women of old were beautiful before God that way, and were good, loyal wives to their husbands. Sarah, for instance, taking care of Abraham, would address him as “my dear husband.” You'll be true daughters of Sarah if you do the same, unanxious and unintimidated.
