  • Face Your Inner Bully Assignment
UNBLOCK YOUR MAGIC || Spiritpreneur Unblocked Energy Shift Day 10 of 14! Today is the Facing Your Inner Bully Challenge. This is actually a 2 day assignment as tomorrow it becomes Meeting Your Inner Wise Woman. Yes!
    -
We all have an Inner Bully, some call it an Inner Critic or an Inner Mean Girl, an Inner Bitch or Inner Monster. Perhaps like mine, yours is compounded by anxiety or other challenges. It's that voice inside that says, who do you think you are, get off the stage, don't embarrass yourself, they're going to laugh at you. Your inner critic is keeping you safely in your comfort zone and afraid to take the risks that will catapult you to your greatness.
    -
We have to face this voice if we ever want the peace, happiness, success, abundance and joy that is our. birthright. Otherwise you can have game, success, money and a stage and be miserable. This is why we see so many of our beloved celebs miserable and taking drugs to try to silence those inner demons and voices.
    -
We begin today by literally making a drawing of that inner critic and writing out all of the things she says to you and why. Yes a DRAWING-- this is not about the quality of your art. This is about the quality of your healing.
    -
When I'm on stage it's not because I am 100% fearless. No-- it's because my purpose is greater than my fears and my Inner Bully.

  • A Prayer Meditation Ritual for Letting Go - Hoponopono - Audio
UnblockMyEnergy.com | An Ancient Ritual for Letting Go - Hoponopono and Forgiveness
    1. You will be doing this ritual / prayer / mantra aimed at the person you wrote the letter to yesterday.
    2. You will also be doing this forgiveness mantra aimed YOURSELF. Most often, the person we need to forgive the most is ourselves.
The words in the mantra are:
    I love you.
    I'm sorry.
    Please forgive me.
    Thank you.
From the Sacred Bombshell Handbook of Self-Love
    Forgiveness with Ho’oponopono
Ho’oponopono is the traditional Hawaiian practice of seeking forgiveness and attempting to remove ego from the process of reconciliation. The mantra, repeated to another party or as a prayer, follows different versions of: “I am sorry. Please forgive me. I love you. Thank you.”
When you’re having a hard time forgiving, remind yourself of your own follies, foibles, mistakes, and missteps. Drop the judgment and self-righteousness because none of us is perfect.
Remember why you were close to the person to begin with. Whatever your spiritual beliefs, try to see the other person as your higher power (as you understand it) sees the person and their behavior. This is true compassion. If you’re trying to forgive someone and your frame of reference becomes only the terrible things that they did, you won’t be able to move forward. Try seeing the situation from the other person’s point of view, if only for a moment. This empathetic approach may help you answer the question, “What were they thinking?” Then decide whether you can move past it or if you need to walk away. Why stay in a situation that tortures you and the other person?
When it comes to family members, you are allowed to love them from afar. When you’re ready, think of the person you want or need to forgive and begin chanting: “I’m sorry. Please forgive me. I love you. Thank you.”

Why People Don’t Buy Your Products & Services! Money, Sales & Abundance (Video)

    Hey Goddess,
This is an important conversation about money, abundance, and sales. Just because you have a calling to save the world doesn’t mean that you don’t also have a calling toward abundance.
So why aren’t people buying the awesome stuff you make, your goods and services? Why are your sales lagging? How come you aren’t getting paid? Why aren’t folks trading money for your magic?
Reasons range from being scared to put yourself out there to the fact that you have taught your audience to not pay for what you offer to a poverty mindset to a faulty spiritual business sales funnel.

  • Your Personal Mission Statement
    unblockmyenergy.com
Your Personal Mission Statement should answer three questions:
What is my life about (Purpose)?
What do I stand for (Values)?
What actions do I take to manifest my Purpose and my Values?
Stephen Covey writes that an empowering Mission Statement: Represents the deepest and best within you. It comes out of a solid connection with your deep inner life. Is the fulfillment of your own unique gifts. It’s the expression of your unique capacity to contribute. Addresses and integrates the four fundamental human needs and capacities in the physical, social/emotional, mental and spiritual dimensions. Deals with all the significant roles in your life. It represents a lifetime balance of personal, family, work, community-whatever roles you feel are yours to fill. Is written to inspire you-not to impress anyone else. It communicates to you and inspires you on the most essential level.
“Creating a Personal Mission Statement will be, without question, one of the most powerful and significant things you will ever do to take leadership of you life. In it you will identify the most important roles, relationships, and things in your life – who you want to be, what you want to do, to whom and what you want of give your life, the principles you want to anchor your life to, the legacy you want to leave. All the goals and decisions you will make in the future will be based upon it. It’s like deciding first which wall you want to lean your ladder of life against, and then beginning to climb. It will be a compass – a strong source of guidance amid the stormy seas and pressing, pulling currents of you life.” Stephen Covey, author of The Seven Habits of Highly Effective People
A Personal Vision/Mission can help propel you into a new job, or make your present job work better for you. The more connected your Personal Vision/Mission is to yourself, the better it can guide your career and your life.

  • How to Make an Altar or Sacred Space
To my greatest childhood embarrassment, I grew up with altars in
my house. My father’s altar was grand, beautiful, and in the dining
room where any of my childhood guests could see it. Among other
sacred items, my father’s altars always contained a lit candle, holy
incense, fresh water, and an open Bible on a white tablecloth.
Now, when I move in somewhere or am staying in a hotel, my personal
altar is one of the first things I set up. This reinforces my spiritual
intentions to invite peace, beauty, and blessings into my life.
An altar is simply a dedicated place charged with your most
positive energy and highest intentions to be connected to the
Divine. It may be tied to a specific religion or not. It could be on a
table, on a shelf, or on the floor.
Your altar could feature family talismans, precious stones, items
of remembrance, or photographs. Mine currently includes wood
from my ancestral home, family funereal cards, a crystal gifted
by a friend, amethyst, and a small cross. At times I have included
feathers, leaves, soil, or shells from my travels.
There is no right or wrong way to make an altar. As a Catholic,
for example, my mom may have different associations with an
altar. Altars can have themes, like gratitude or family. Be creative
and even playful. Maybe you include fresh flowers and chocolate.
Dedicating a wall in your home to your familial ancestors might be
    your sacred altar space.
This is a place for your spiritual practice, whatever that includes. Pray, meditate, chant, or just breathe. Keep the space physically clean. Clear the energy with white sage. Let
your altar reflect the inner life that you are creating.
