During this episode I talk about what it means to walk in humility and how it is the opposite of insecurity. Humility takes faith and faith without work is dead so again I say be humble, but don't sit down. Your work, your specific work as a child of God is unique to you AND up to you! It requires faith, it requires humility, it requires a relationship with our Father.
As you are studying the text, think through the following questions as guide to deepen your relationship and increase your knowledge of God.
- What did you learn about God?
- What did you learn about the followers of God?
- How can you relate to the followers of God?
- What actions can you take this week to grow closer to God?

It's Season TWOOOO!
The Prodigal Son came home, Naomi came home, Moses came home, I came home. Do you need to come home?
I've read the story of Ruth many of times, mainly trying to figure out how Ruth bagged Boaz. I was missing out on Naomi's story though. A wife and mother who was grieving and just wanted be alone in her grief.
In this episode I talk about how God spoke to me through Naomi's grief because this comeback was onset by a TON of grief. I have lost so much over the past year and the Lord has reminded me that it is time to come home. I hope that as you listen you can think about the following:

What did you learn about Naomi?
How do you relate to Naomi?
What actions can you take to get closer to God this week?

Anger is a common emotion used often now a days. Though its is not a sin to experience the emotion of sin, there are usually negative actions attached to anger that are a sin. In this episode I discuss actions that cause anger, the hope is that you would be able to become more self aware. In order to refrain from anger a person should have HOPE, be HUMBLE, PAY it back, GIVE, walk in ALIGNMENT, get an UNDERSTANDING, be PATIENT, and get in GOOD company!

Have you ever lost someone dear to you? Or maybe someone you love but the relationship had started to drift? Grief can cause so many emotions, anger, sadness, regret, and any other emotion you may specifically have felt after grief.
I have lost a few but this most recent loss has really changed my perspective on life and I am grateful to get to share my friend with you this way. You didn't get to meet her but in her own words "If you knew me, you were blessed". So I hope you are blessed by her knowledge just as I have been.

I have heard a few things about Mary, Jesus' mom, before. I heard that she was a virgin. I heard that Joseph wanted to leave. I heard she gave birth to the greatest savior humans have seen, Jesus!
