Sources Of Splendor – is about recognizing the splendor of Satan, compared to the wonderful splendor of God and our Lord Christ Jesus. As Christians, we need to be able to tell the difference between splendor and prosperity from Satan, and splendor and prosperity from God? We must be very careful of Satan’s splendor, it creates sinful desires that feeds directly into our heart, actions, and motives, it cost us eternal life with God. Satan splendor is very difficult for us to detect, but just like Christ Jesus did, we must know the difference. We have to know what Satan is offering us and what God is offering. The source of our splendor must come from God; we cannot have anything to do with splendor from Satan because it will cause selfishness in us, create pride in us, and have us serving money and not God. Splendor from God, will bring us peace, joy, and happiness.

God Is Able – is about us coming to know and believe that God is able to do all things. The Lord is not limited by anything; nothing can stand in God’s Way. We have to believe, we cannot decide that God is not able; therefore, we must do the work ourselves. The Lord has to become more, and we must become less. We have to align ourselves with God’s Will and take up our cross and follow Jesus because he is able to save, not us. We can nothing without the Lord; we need to trust that God is Able. The Lord is able to do more than we can imagine. He is able to heal all wounds, he is able to raise the dead, he is able to provide a way, and Christ is able to judge God’s people. God is able. We must come to depend on God, and not ourselves.

The Father And The Son – is a teaching about keeping the truth straight about God the Father and his Son Christ Jesus. Either we tend to deny the one, or we think they are the same. However, God’s Word teaches us that the Father taught Christ everything. It does not matter what we want to believe, what matters is what God has spoken. Christ Jesus came down from the Father to save the world. The Father did not come down in the flesh, Christ did. What God’s Word says and teaches is what we must believe, and trust in. We must believe the truth about the relationship that exists between the Father and the Son. We know Christ is seated at the right hand of the Father. We must keep the story straight about God the Father and our Lord Christ Jesus, so through the work of the Spirit we can be brought back together in Christ Jesus

Hearing From God – From the beginning, God desires to teach his people directly. God came down and spoke directly with us, but we rejected him. He then sent his one and only Son into the world, and we rejected him. We have no desire to come closer to God, we don’t want to hear his voice, because it speaks contrary to our desires, motives, and plans. The Lord is not pleased, but because of his great love, he continues to speak to us through his Son and Spirit, but who is willing to listen and follow the Lord? This may sound strange given the times we live in, but God still desires for us to learn directly from him through Christ Jesus. We struggle in many ways, life is hard for some of us, so living to hear God voice is a big stretch for many of us. But Christ Jesus has made a way, if we come closer he will come closer to us. We will be able to hear his voice, and it will change our lives forever.

The Spirit Of The Lord – is a teaching about living with the Spirit of God within us. A gentle and quiet spirit, where God is able to live and abide in us. As we become mature in the Lord, we have to make sure there is no conflicts within our spirit. We have to be careful; we can’t live our lives while grieving the Spirit of God. Our spirit has to mature so we can handle the world and everything that comes against us, while not pushing away the Spirit of the Lord. We need the Spirit living on the inside of us, training us up in the ways of God. We must allow the work of the Holy Spirit to be complete in us, it must be able to completely transform our thinking, our beliefs, our desires, and our action so what we do is pleasing to God.

Living In The Light – is a teaching about the importance of us living in the light Chris Jesus. It’s the difference between us experiencing the power of Christ’s Light in our lives as we pass by, on occasions, compared to us living in the light of Christ where everything is exposed day and night. It took me sometime to learn this from the Lord. I felt his presence, I heard his voice, I felt his hand upon me. But I walked in the light of Christ and in darkness to hide my secrets. But we can’t be a mature Christian walking this way. The Lord wants us to live in his light, he wants everything exposed, nothing hidden in us. Wow Lord, you are asking for us to climb and live at a high standard in you. You are holy, and you are calling us into holiness, which can only come by us living in the Light of Christ day and night.

Bound By God’s Truth – is a teaching about seeking God’s Truth compared to us seeking truth from another source, or from within ourselves. Are we living by God’s Truth, or do we have some made up stores woven into our understanding of God? As Christians, we must be able to have a discerning spirit, so we are confident that we are walking only by God’s Truth. There is no other truth in which we can be saved, only by us coming to live in Christ Jesus can we live by God’s Truth. Truth only comes from God, the Lord established his truth so it can last from generation to generation, so it can be the very thing Christ Jesus uses to judge God’s people. There is only one source of truth, that which comes from God. We need God’s Truth so we can make it into God’s Kingdom, and our children come to know the one true God.

God At Work – scripture teaches us that the Father and the Son is always at work, always providing a way for those who love and fear God. We all have a part to play in carrying out God’s Work. Though the Lord could use a rock to do his will, he wants us to be useful in carrying out his plan to help and save his people. The work we do for the Lord must be pleasing in his sight. The Lord gives us his Spirit so it can be at work in us, doing the Will of the Father. God is always at work, we need to make room for his work in our everyday lives, as he work to bring everything together for his glory through his Son Christ Jesus.

Nothing Is Too Hard For God– is a teaching about placing all our trust in the Lord, believing that nothing in this world is too hard for God. There is no sickness too hard for God, there is no financial problem too hard for God. There is no relationship problem too hard for God. God is able to handle every small and great problem that comes our way, all we have to do is take it to the Lord in prayer, live by faith, and trust in God’s Power and Authority. We have inabilities that prevents us from resolving our issues, but Jesus is our way maker, he is our problem solver, he is our Savior, our Redeemer. Nothing is too hard for God.

God’s Power and Authority – is a teaching about living under the power and authority of God that is in Christ Jesus. Is living under God’s power and authority hard for us to achieve? Will it cause us to suffer, thus causing us to deny the Lord? What happens when we reject God’s power and authority? This teaching is to help address these questions and more. For us to be able to tap into the power and authority of God, we have to be closely connected to Christ. It’s through us having a tight connection with Christ and living our lives through him that he grants us power and authority to do God’s Will and help God’s people. God’s power and authority is not so we can get rich, be famous, write books, and live a life of luxury. God uses his power and authority to carry out his plan of salvation for mankind.
