In this chapter we find encouragement not to lose our faith in God as other unbelievers have. For there is a day of rest coming for those of us that hold fast to the teachings of Jesus Christ and receive the baptism of the Spirit of God to empower us to live by the word of God; for we have not a high priest that cannot be touched by the feeling of our infirmities. Jesus did it; so that we can do it.

In this passage of scripture today we are learning that the apostle Paul is making an appeal to a man that had been wronged and deceived to receive the person back that had done the home to them. His appeal to them is to do it in love and to do it willingly.

Titus is admonished by the apostle Paul to teach the elders in the church to teach the younger ones in the church to be mindful of the character. Because their character is what defines them.
