Here David gave thanks to God for his prosperity. David said I have given back to you what was yours already. He encouraged the people to also give of what they had been blessed with and to also do it willingly. Because of that Solomon was a prosperous and successful king and the people also were blessed %

In this we find that when the King got sick rather than turning to God he turned to a false god. God let his prophet prevent the request from reaching even the false god because the king did not turn to him. God let the king die.

In this we learn and/ or reminded that to take another’s possessions illegally and deceitfully will ultimately bring the wrath of God.

In this chapter of 2nd Samuel chapter 20 we find that since Absalom could not overthrow his father David, Amasa that was a captain under Absalom sought to betray David also, but he ended up being killed the same as was Absalom. The Scripture teaches us touch not my anointed.

This chapter is the story about Hannah who had not been able to bear children and one of the wives of her husband mocked her because she had no children. We learn from this story to turn to God through sincere prayer and not turn to arguments and debates. God gave her the prophet Samuel that we talk so about even today.

Today’s episode is found in the book of Ruth in the first chapter. This story has to do with how God restores. Even though Naomi lost her husband and her two sons God provided for her and in the end Ruth that would not leave Naomi had a son with Boaz and named him Obed, who is the father of Jesse, and the grandfather of David. This is the lineage that Jesus Christ was placed.

Today’s Scripture comes from judges chapter 10 versus one through 18. In this story we find how that God had given his people peace and rest. In spite of that they turned and got themselves involved with people that did not believe in God; idolatrous people; and it angered God and God caused them to suffer his fury. The same devil is up to his same tactics, even now. We are just a new group to satan. When we repent and turn back to God in sincerity God will pardon us. Thank YOU God!!!

Joshua chapter 1 and it’s entirety. In this chapter we see God commissioning Joshua to continue the work that he had given to Moses and that is to mark his people to the promised land. God told Joshua as he was with Moses he would be with him. As God open the Red Sea for Moses God open the Jordan River for Joshua. God is continuing to make the way for those who trust him and follow his word through the holy Scriptures.

This episode has to do with the promises of God as recorded by Moses in the 20th chapter of Deuteronomy. Here God promises blessings upon those that will keep his word and live by his plan. He also promises that he will curse those that live contrary to his word and his plan and live by their own imaginations. The current coronavirus is to many of us obviously the manifestation of one of God’s promises.

This Numbers 11:1-25. The complaints of the people for not having what they had back in Egypt displeased God. They were not satisfied with how God was providing for their wellbeing. So God sent down fire upon them until Moses interceded on their behalf.
