When we start each day thanking God for His faithfulness, we begin to notice His goodness even more. Thankfulness breeds more thankfulness. It develops a cycle of appreciation that not only strengthens our believing but also attracts more reasons to be grateful. A grateful heart opens the door for more of God's blessings, not because He withholds them until we are thankful, but because a thankful heart is better positioned to recognize and receive them.

God’s desire for every person is salvation and then for each person to come unto a knowledge of the truth.

The key to facing life's challenges isn’t in our own ability, but in meditating on God’s Word and trusting His promises. Just as Joshua leaned on God’s presence and instruction, we too can build the habit of focusing on Scripture and stepping forward in believing, knowing that God is with us.

The promises from Isaiah remind us that God’s Word is faithful.  When all else falls away– God’s Word stands.  He does not delay or forget what He has spoken and His Word always accomplishes the purposes that He intends. Unlike human commitments, which can falter or fail, God's promises remain firm because they are anchored in His perfect will and divine nature.

Joshua’s strength and courage didn’t come from his own abilities but from the assurance that the Lord his God was with him wherever he went. These words reminded Joshua—and remind us today—that we can face any challenge with confidence because God is always with us.

The love of God, referred to as "charity" in 1 Corinthians 13 [KJV], is far greater and deeper than human emotion. It is steadfast, unchanging, and eternal.

Romans 12:2 (KJV)

And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God

The Bible reminds us that prayer is not complicated. When we pray according to God’s will, we can have confidence that He hears us and answers.

I John 5:14-15 (KJV):

And this is the confidence that we have in him, that, if we ask any thing according to his will, he heareth us: 

And if we know that he hear us, whatsoever we ask, we know that we have the petitions that we desired of him. 

Ephesians 3:20 reminds us that God is not only able but willing to do far more than we could ever imagine or express.

Isaiah 26:3-4 reminds us that perfect peace is not something we achieve on our own. It is a gift from God, given to those whose minds are steadfastly focused on Him.  This peace is more than the absence of trouble; it is the presence of God’s unshakable assurance in our lives.
