💧 Faith from Afar
Before the healing at the pool, Jesus already revealed His power first to the Samaritan woman at the well, and then to the official whose son He healed without even being there. That’s the kind of faith we need trusting God’s word before the results show up.

🏊‍♀️ The Pool of Bethesda
This pool was known for superstition people believed the water healed them. But Jesus showed the real healing wasn’t in the pool… it was in Him. Many of us still run to old habits, “lucky charms,” or distractions instead of God when we’re hurting. But you can’t find freedom where faith isn’t present.

🧠 What’s Your Mindset?
The man had been waiting 38 years. Jesus asked, “Do you want to be healed?” not because He didn’t know, but to test his will. Sometimes we say we want healing, but we don’t want to move. You can’t walk in new life holding on to an old mindset.

🔥 Instant Healing, Real Warning
Jesus said, “Pick up your mat and walk.” Instantly, the man was healed. But later, Jesus found him again and said, “Stop sinning or something worse may happen.” God’s healing isn’t just physical — it’s spiritual. He frees us so we don’t go back to what broke us.

🍞 Faith After the Miracle
Then in John 6, Jesus feeds the multitudes with 5 loaves and 2 fish showing the disciples that faith is about trust, not sight. The same God who healed then still multiplies now.

💖 Final Thought:
Don’t wait for perfect timing. When God says move move. Healing isn’t the end, it’s the beginning. Walk in it, protect it, and give Him glory through it.

🌱 Jesus Shows Us How to Be Better ✝️

Jesus modeled how to be a better person, no matter your gender. For a woman, you learn to be kind, gentle, persistent, and loving 💖, even in tough situations. You act with patience and grace, showing strength without being harsh.

For a man, you learn to be knowledgeable, wise, and discerning 🧠. You know when to fight, when to stay calm, and when to hold yourself with meekness.

Both roles require balance and character strong, yet thoughtful, assertive, yet humble.

? Epiphany in church: start saying yes to church and your spiritual family more, even if it means saying no to your immediate family sometimes. Godly community gives love freely, without negotiation or expectation ❤️. That peace and genuine care reminded me how God wants us to surround ourselves with people who genuinely support us.

Jesus teaches us both roles, showing that strength and love go hand in hand 🌱.

🥰 Hey Villagers, Meet Shanna! 💐

Shanna’s life has been marked by God’s hand. Growing up in church, she gave her life to Christ (Baptized) at 10 years old

At 16, she survived a brutal attack that doctors said would leave her paralyzed and unable to speak. Yet God said otherwise. 🙌 Today, she walks, talks, and testifies a living miracle of God’s healing power. 💖

Through true forgiveness of the man who hurt her and Shanna learned that having faith is powerful. Shanna is proof that God restores what was meant for destruction.

Even when Shanna drifted into the world drinking, smoking, and running from her purpose, God’s call never left her. One night, intoxicated, she found herself preaching mid-party then realizing:

“This isn’t my life. God has a plan and a purpose for me.” 🌿

🥰 Meet Shakyra 😸

From self-doubt to self-worth in Christ! 🙌

Growing up, Shakyra struggled to see her beauty or feel loved. 💔 Bullied and searching for validation, she turned to the wrong places—relationships, addiction, and broken cycles that only left her feeling emptier.

Then one day, while scrolling social media, she heard about having a relationship with Christ… and everything changed. ✝️

Even without growing up in church, God met her right where she was. Through surrender, prayer, and His Word, she found her true purpose:

“I was created to know Him—not to be in relationships, but to be in a relationship with Him.” 💞

God led her to @churchcityusa, where her faith grew, her heart healed, and she found a community rooted in Christ. 🌿

In 2022, Shakyra dedicated her life to Christ.

In 2023, she got baptized 💧 and now walks boldly in love and purpose, reminding us that God’s love redeems, restores, and defines our worth. 💖

aka “The Ultimate Social Worker” 💼✨

Growing up in a Caribbean household 🇯🇲 as a first-generation American, Simone struggled to balance both cultures. For a while, God was more of a back-burner thought than a personal relationship. Though she knew of Him, she didn’t yet know Him.

💔 It wasn’t until Simone found herself in a toxic relationship that she realized there had to be more to life. In that season of searching, God began to move. A CHH Workshop at her job opened the door to an invitation to church. Though hesitant to go, months later, a coworker invited her to a baptism and it turned out to be the same exact church! 🙌

There, Simone finally found peace, community, and the unconditional love of God. 💒 She began learning what it meant to truly walk with Christ, apply His Word, and grow in faith even launching and sustaining her nonprofit through God's guidance called Resilent Young Minds Inc. 🌱

In 2019, Simone was baptized and now lives boldly for the Lord a true example of faith, resilience, and restoration. 💖

😎 Meet Christian 🙇
Another Christian who’s a Christian (Crazy!!!) 🤯

Christian came to Christ after heartbreak. When it was too hard to turn to friends or family, he turned to God instead.

Through little tugs from God: IG shorts with Bible verses, late-night prayers, and quiet moments of reflection God started rebuilding his heart.

Fast-forward 2022: Christian got baptized💧, found godly friends, and now walks in peace and purpose. 🙌 What once felt like loss became God’s way of restoring him from the inside out.

Christian’s story is proof that God meets us in our pain, rebuilds what’s broken, and turns every tear into a testimony.

Christian leaves us with a powerful Bible verse as a reminder:📖 Luke 5: 31–32 “It’s not those who are healthy who need a doctor, but those who are sick. I came to call sinners to repentance.”

Welcome to Godsvillage,

Valerie’s journey to Christ started with a simple invite from a friend to church, and that moment changed everything. From there, her eyes opened to who Jesus truly is. 🌿

During COVID, Valerie began learning about Christ for herself, reading the Bible, watching faith content on TikTok, and connecting with godly friends who helped her grow. 🙏

But like many of us, distractions came. A relationship began pulling her away from God…

Yet God's love and calling for Valerie were stronger. Valerie found the strength to walk away, realign with Christ, and rebuild her faith. 💪

From ages 12 to 16, Valerie’s faith had highs and lows, but at 16, Valerie rededicated her life to God and got baptized, walking boldly with God ever since. ✝️

Rewatching Monster House hit different this time. God turned a movie into a message.

💭 What Stood Out:

* The woman never healed… her trauma became the monster.

* Her husband stayed trapped for 45 years just to avoid being alone.

* The real enemy? Unhealed pain and fear.

🧠 Reflection:

Unhealed pain grows if you ignore it.

Loneliness can make you hold on to things breaking you.

What you accept when you feel unworthy shows what you think you deserve.

👧🏾 Redemption:

It was the kids, pure-hearted and bold, who helped set him free.

Sometimes you’re the help God sends.

💖 Final Thought:

Don’t stay stuck in what your pain built.

Unhealed wounds don’t protect you they haunt you.

Let God rebuild your heart before it collapses.

🌟 Hiiii Villagers! 😆

Today we’re diving into Matthew 12:9–14, where Jesus heals a man with a shriveled hand on the Sabbath. The Pharisees tried to trap Him, but Jesus showed us that doing good will always outweigh following empty rules. This story reminds us that obedience to God often means walking into uncomfortable spaces with compassion and courage.

🧐 Key Questions:

• Are you avoiding the hard places God is calling you into?

• Do you help others from love or from obligation?

• Are you focused on following rules or following Christ’s heart?

🌟 Main Points:

• Go Where God Sends You: Jesus went into the synagogue — a place where He wasn’t welcomed — to bring healing. Sometimes God sends us into trouble to bring peace. (Matt. 12:9)
• God Notices You: Before the man spoke, Jesus noticed him. God sees your pain, knows your story, and still chooses you. (Matt. 12:10)
• It’s Lawful to Do Good: Jesus reminded the Pharisees that people matter more than rituals. Doing good is always right in God’s eyes. (Matt. 12:12)
• Stretch Out Your Hand: The man obeyed and was completely healed. When we trust God, He restores what was once broken — fully and beautifully. (Matt. 12:13)
• Don’t Let Conviction Turn to Rebellion: The Pharisees plotted against Jesus instead of learning from Him. Don’t reject conviction — let it shape your heart. (Matt. 12:14)
• Be Genuine, Not Just Obedient: God desires mercy, not sacrifice. Real faith isn’t about looking holy — it’s about loving others with a pure heart. (Hosea 6:6)

💡 Final Thought: When Jesus restores, He makes things whole again your heart, your peace, your purpose. Don’t hide what He already sees. Stretch out your hand and let God show His glory through your healing. 🙏
