After him we are joined by Professional horseplayer and horse owner Paul Matties, Jr who has developed an alternative plan of classifying horses for the NYRA circuit and hear his views from a 30 year veteran of the sport. Ilka Gansera-Leveque who is a trainer based in Newmarket, UK offers her opinion of the English style of handicaps and how training over there is both different and the same as in the US. Our fourth guest is Elizabeth Rogers who is the racing secretary at Charles Town racetrack who talks about her perspective as a racing official and some unique facets of their racing in West Virginia.
