Anthony Ruggiano Jr. was born into the mafia via his father. His father was the notorious Anthony ‘Fat Andy’ Ruggiano Sr., who was a Captain in the Gambino Crime Family and ran his own crew. His son, Anthony Jr, would go on to become a high-level associate of the same Gambino Crime Family. He had a personal relationship with guys such as John Gotti- former Gambino Boss, Neil Dellacroce- Gambino Underboss, and Tommy DeSimone who was portrayed by Joe Pesci in the movie, Goodfellas. Anthony Jr. provides us with an inside look into his life in the mafia along with all the ramifications that came along with it including multiple stints in prison, being charged with murder, and eventually cooperating with the United States government.
