Ever since being a little kid I enjoyed the idea of giant robots and my childhood was filled with them. Voltron, Shogun Warriors, Big O, Power Rangers, Transformers, and Red Ronin fast forward to adulthood and these are still pretty awesome. The reason I enjoyed the 1st Pacific Rim was because it reminded me of the original Shogun Warriors comic book, giant robots versus alien monsters.

First Gotham now Krypton we get these before they were famous type superhero non superhero dramas. Prequels have always done a good job of filling in story gaps but I would like to question the need for a Krypton Prequel.

What went down this week in Comics, Video Games, and the Movies? This is the place to discuss and talk about it. Bring your ideas and what you want to talk about. Keep it clean and don't get yourself embarrased in public.

First of all I don’t want to hear none of this DC better than Marvel B.S. or any hate directed toward either franchise about who is better. You have to sit back and appreciate the style in which Marvel Studios dropped probably the most epic trailer of the year.

In Just Six Hours, Avengers Infinity War Has beat Black Panther for the All-time Record for Most Advanced Movie Ticket Sales on Fandango!

Think about this: Over the past 10 years using what can be considered B-List Characters outside of Hulk & Captain America Marvel has become one of the most coveted movie franchises to watch. If you cannot appreciate that as an accomplishment in itself do us all a favor and just shut the hell up right now. The sheer amount of characters that they have placed in this film makes this a monumental effort that I am afraid could possibly backfire but this trailer has an effect on me as well as anyone else who has watched it. This year has been awsome when it comes to representation in media on the small and big screen for black superheroes. For the past couple of weeks it has been all about Black Panther in the movie theaters but the CW Network has kept pace with this and the show Black Lightning has given an additional source for people to see a superhero of color portrayed in a positive manner and adapting to today's issues.....

After watching Jessica Jones (Season 2) I can understand why people don’t like it. A story that has deep twists and turns doesn’t appeal to people looking for the basic superhero premise that has been developed over the years.

Marvel has a basic formula that they always follow:

• One of the villains is always similar to the hero in powers

• The Easter eggs are always a big nod to longtime Marvel fans not the casual ones.

• A villain or multiple villains must die in the end.

Jessica Jones is not flashy or over the top she is and always will be a flawed hero in the Netflix series. She is the most broken of all the Netflix heroes. I can say that the 13 episodes are not the most exciting when it is compared to the hardcore soundtrack of Luke Cage or the sheer action shown in Daredevil or well I can’t talk about Iron Fist or Defenders.

I get why you guys hate this show because you just can’t pay attention long enough to enjoy the ride.
