During Advent in our 10am services, we are exploring the Christmas story through the eyes of different pairs of characters. We start with a couple related to Mary, Elizabeth and Zechariah, and dive into the remarkable story of how God moved in their lives.

In this Advent season, we are taking time to consider those who pointed us forward to Jesus, and we begin by looking at how Jesus answers our longings as He did for the people of Israel.

In our Church Family Night series, we are taking an evening to think about the opportunities that Christmas presents us as Christians to share Jesus with others. How are you going to do that this Christmas?

What is the church? A building? A place? People? A gathering? As part of our evening series, we spend some time considering what it means to build the body of Christ, what our dreams, hopes and prayers are for our church family, and what that means for our engagement with our world.

When we pray the Lord's Prayer, we say 'Yours is the power' but what does it really mean that God has all power, and how does that affect us on a day to day basis? What is that power, how can we see it, and what does it do?

As we conclude our series through the whole of Colossians, we are reminded that the power of the gospel spurs us on to mission and to partnering with God in His purposes for the world.

At our Church Family Night, Jackie helps us to consider what discipleship is all about, and what it looks like in our everyday lives to be faithful to Jesus as His disciple. If you want to watch the clip that Jackie showed, you can find it here.

During our service where we saw 3 people make the step of baptism, Dave explores the idea of new life, and what it is that God offers us all!

On Remembrance day, what does it mean to recognise that the Kingdom belongs to God? How do we respond to the many conflicts and difficulties of the world and our own lives as citizens of a Kingdom of peace?

As we carry on our journey through Colossians, we see the way that the good news and hope we have been given must be shared, not kept to ourselves.
