For most of us, catching a shark is mostly likely to be a reference to a tv show or a run-in with a door to door salesman. But for Joe Snook, owner of Joe Snook Fishing and Charter, catching a shark could be an actual shark on any given Tuesday. But the transition from doing construction work to running his own charter service wasn't an easy path and likely won't be a permanent one.
