Ice is forming in the Eastern part of North Dakota.  But not all bodies of water are safe to venture out on.  Cody Roswick of Fin Hunters Guide Service, based out of Valley City, ND shares a report of what he's been seeing out there for ice formation.

With the continued closure of the US/Canadian border, resorts and outfitters in the Northwest Angle of Minnesota will be building and maintaining an ice road connecting the remote destination with the mainland US.  Joe Henry of Lake of the Woods Tourism shares details of this road and how it will benefit anglers this winter.
