Do we really listen when others talk to us?  Or are we planning out what we are going to say?  Even when we believe we are extremely clear in our words, is it possible that others do not understand us?  Reflective conversations provide space to have more clear communication with those in our lives. 

Can you turn a negative thought or feeling into a positive?  What if that negative was made into a reminder or an alarm notification to do something positive?  What are you working on during quarantine? 

Why do we have 2 ears and 1 mouth?  Could it be to listen twice as much as we talk?  Exploring the concept of not always buying into my own bullshit, being open to outside information, and critically examining my own beliefs to evaluate if I truly believe them.
