Today, we are going to talk about something that comes up again and again. And that is the willingness to pivot, to make big changes when you see them as necessary. Now a lot of this ties into the basic concept of objectivity. And we're going to touch on that a little bit too. But today is really about making peace with something that we are told our whole lives, that we're not supposed to make peace with, which is that something is not actually better than nothing.

I'm so excited to be back in the saddle and podcasting again, and coming to all of you with all kinds of fun, new stuff today. I want to jump right in and talk about something that's really, really important to me. And that is how we value our worth.
I've been really amazed at how people talk about worth in the online space and in the business space. We tend to not really think about worth, especially as women, we don't think about worth in the same way that men do. I mean, it's an interesting thing, you know, how women are in this constant state of feeling like we have to prove something, right? Like we have to stand up for ourselves. We have to prove our worth. We have to show people that we have the same value that men do. And that's it, it's such an incredible waste of time and energy.
And today I want to talk about how I think about my own worth and how I encourage clients to think about theirs and how I encourage you to think about yours.

Things like adding extra value to something you do is fine.
What I’m talking about is when you completely blow the scope of what was asked of you out of the water.
