Exercise for today:  When you have a chance, take out a piece of paper and write down why you are thankful for a hard situation or a difficult person in your life.  Use these experience and this exercise someway, everyday as an opportunity to pray to the Universe and be thankful it gives us opportunities beyond our control so we can turn to it for assistance and guidance. 

 Today's episode is a little story time about the flooding last night that happened at my apartment and the 7 Week Course I did called "Calling in The One."

Today's prayer:  "Thank You Universe for giving me the right thing to say, at the right time, for the right person."

Today's episode, I feel is like an out loud journal entry.  I've been making a lot of observations about my life and questioning a lot of the why's and what am I doing certain things for. I think this episode gave me a good question to answer for myself.

Today's episode, I press you to listen to your inner guidance around situations in your life that feel uncomfortable or you're continuously experiencing unhappiness in.
