Back into the eclipse portal we go! (Some astrologers don’t like using the word portal because it’s vague. And I get that. But isn’t it also fun!? I think we could all use some fun.) We get into: Scorpio season as an intimate gathering at the lake house, another LONG Hellenistic void moon this week, Mars remediation, lunar eclipse in Taurus as both comfort seeker and comfort disrupter, and the powerful potential of the slow burn Mercury-Mars conjunction on the 29th.

It’s the week between eclipses, y’all! & the theme is: release. Holding on is doing literally nothing for you. We get into: Libra’s ability to hold a million things at once, Mercury in Scorpio as the ultimate lit goth, and opportunities for calm in a chaotic time. If you’re enjoying the pod, subscribe.

It’s the 30th episode of good fortune! Can you imagine? In this forecast for the week of October 9-15, 2023, we get into: (once again) how Pluto transits are not always about you (but sometimes! they are!), the Solar Eclipse in Libra as both an unexpected mic drop and a tag sale where everything is priced to move; Mars in Scorpio’s profound resilience, and the feral possibilities of a Hellenistic Void Moon.

The chill September vibes are decidedly OVER, and we’re onto Eclipse Season! Change is in the air! But first, we have to release some hang ups from the past—some from six weeks ago and some from TWO YEARS ago. We also get into: the end of our four month Venus in Leo journey, Mercury in Libra as the ultimate highbrow comedy (or, inside joke) placement, and my favorite time twins: St. Vincent and Lil Wayne.
We get into: an update on the astrology of the WGA Strike + predictions for its resolution; further notes on eclipse preparation; and forecast for this full moon in aries week which includes throwing ourselves into something, feeling uncomfortable about it, and moving through the muck of it anyway.

Libra season is here! But first, the Sun opposes Neptune (both a certain je ne sais quoi and the ability to buy into our own bs) and trines Pluto (a subtle power grab). Venus and Mars both connect with Chiron. Feelings are real! there’s a lot of inspiration in this first quarter moon week and a shot we might actually materialize some of those dreams.

This week’s forecast has a New Moon in Virgo, Mercury stationing direct and the final summer defining Venus-Jupiter square. The moon is waning and so should you (nap that is). Tidy up and release what you don’t want coming along for the next lunar cycle, ok? If you’re enjoying the pod, subscribe.
Also, check out my latest for Errands and grab a copy.
We’re back with another weekly forecast! Mercury retrograde, Jupiter and the Sun all connect this week to help get things in order, create systems and clear space for something not just useful but important.

The forecast for this week gets into Uranus and Jupiter stationing retrograde, Venus stationing direct, and what it really means when a planet is simmering on the station degree. Plus the Full Moon in Pisces brings YET ANOTHER reality check — this one highlighting how far we’ve come and how much time we still have.
There’s a lot coming up this week: Venus retrograde square Jupiter, Mars opposite Neptune, Virgo season, Mercury retrograde!, Mars trine Pluto, Sun opposite Saturn and Mars entering Libra. The moon is waxing and things feel like they’re moving but also like they’re retreating; there’s a need to say “no” and a need to dream a new daydream. We get into where one can find space to hold it all. If you’re enjoying what you’re hearing, subscribe.
