Dewald Geldenhuys works as the Head of Discipline at Hoërskool Hans Moore in Benoni.

He is currently in his second year of studying towards a Bachelor of Education degree through MANCOSA. His dream is to become a qualified teacher.

The Round Table and Good Morning Angels assisted six-year-old Ely Booysen, who suffered several severe medical setbacks and was diagnosed with spastic cerebral palsy.

Round Table Pretoria will assist the Booysen family with a donation of R35 000, while Round Table West Rand will contribute another R10 000.

This brings the total donation to R45 000 towards Ely’s specialised car seat.

On the morning of 23 May 2025, the lives of two brothers, 15-year-old Wandile and 19-year-old Lebo, changed forever.

A devastating fire destroyed their family home, claiming the life of their father and leaving the brothers with nothing but each other.

To mark Mandela Day 2026, Good Morning Angels joined hands with Mia le Roux and her AboutSound initiative to give 20 children and adults with significant hearing loss the ability to hear through cochlear implants.

Good Morning Angels and Valterra Platinum's Bushveld Classic Golf Day assisted 18-year-old Katlego Mokwele and her mom while she battles cancer and other health complications.

Valterra Platinum’s Mogalakwena Mine is the host of the annual Bushveld Classic Golf Day. From the funds raised on this day, and with the support of all the business partners who join in, the Bushveld Classic will assist Tshidi and Katlego with the funds needed to cover her medical treatment needs, as well as outstanding bills, to the value of R100,000! Sibanye-Stillwater and the Blue Bulls hosted their charity golf day on Friday, 12 June. Using funds raised at the event, they will assist the Lethabo La Bana Foundation with a further R120 000 towards its facility upgrade project at Steve Biko Academic Hospital.

Together with last week’s donation of R100 000, this brings the total contribution from the golf day to R220 000.
