After years of slavery, freedom leaves the enchained handicapped. They step out in freedom briefly and return quickly to what they know... slavery. In some sense it can be said that they are dependent or even addicted to the reality that they have known all along. What happens when a slave hears that he can change that reality? How should he respond? What should he do? These are the confessions of a slavery addict.
