Welcome to the second Olympics pod in a row! But first, Ryann is still traumatized by the ghost in the woods from when she was five year olds and wants to know if Jillian's friends share her interests. Then we're off to Paris! Discussing the track small talk, the US men's and women's basketball team and then Ryann apologizes for waxing poetic about the US women's soccer team for a long time, but she would take a bullet for Tierna Davidson and needs you all to know that. Next, Jillian gives us an overview of what's happening in the current season of Real Housewives of Orange County and then the rundown of what occurred on the Real Housewives of New Jersey season finale and probably series finale. Lastly -  do vice presidential candidates have to apply for the job? (IDK but they have to pay for their meals in the White House!)

Saoirse got married! to Jack Lowden! Congrats! Sophia Bush can be annoying but get off her back you guys ok! We love the Olympics! Jillian answers some of Ryann's burning basketball questions, we discuss the rising stars of the 2024 Summer Games (shout out New England's own Ilona Maher and Steve Nedoroscik), and Jillian also teaches Ryann how rugby works! Also Candace Cameron Bure, ya burnt. Ben Affleck and Jennifer Affleck (née Lopez) worked on a film together (PDRS - pre divorce rumors spreading). It's coming out in the fall and might contain some upsetting material for some messed up people like Ryann. Ryann burns through some topics near and dear to her like Jade Thirlwall from Little Mix's new single, Angel of My Dreams, if she can wear a t-shirt she bought, Halsey and Britney, and Charli XCX. Jillian also gives us some Cardi B updates , what fun!

The democrats and Peacock are in cahoots! Jillian would advise against Ryann being on Love Island because she is no fun. Love Island USA SPOILERS begin at 2:50 and end around 19:00 (yikes, lots of talk). Jillian gives an update on Sean Kingston's legal issues (he is Anna Delvey) then during a quick Kardashian aside Ryann drops her fork on the ground loudly (spoiler alert). We then give some Olympic previews and discuss our favorite past Olympic games (Summer only, sorry) and Olympic memories. Also Coco Gauff has been selected as the female representative for team USA to carry the US flag. (We did not yet know at time of recording.) Jillian is coming to terms with the fact that Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez might be over - also be nice to JLo guys she has given us so much. Can we talk about President Biden? (He's stepping down, he's not running for president...one last time... we're gonna teach em how to say goodbye you and I...) Jillian gives us all a history lesson on presidents who didn't run for re-election (I bet your sister doesn't know that info!) Ryann misses Limewire and thinks that if music be the food of love, play on. (She just made that up, herself!)

Welcome back everyone, we're both feeling sick! Thank goodness Jill had a bevvy of topics to discuss as Ryann only consumes Love Island USA now. John Mulaney and Olivia Munn got married and had an amazing witness! Love Island continues and has incredible glam teams. Vanessa Hudgens had a baby, mazel tov! Lena Dunham drops out of the Polly Pocket movie, #gasp, #spilledmilk. The only other culture Ryann consumed was The Real Bros of Simi Valley: The Movie on Roku, go watch! We share our updates on the Alex Baldwin trial. Andrew Garfield and Florence Pugh are in a new film together. Margot Robbie is also (allegedly) pregnant, get it girl! We're very happy for our girl Huma Abedin who got engaged! We have a quick Real Housewives of OC detour (Ryann's caught up now). Also when she was talking about graphic tees; she meant t-shits with words on them. I wish America would know better, do better. Enjoy!

Happy birthday America! Nothing says American independence more to us than 1995 film, Now and Then! But before we get into all of that how do you all pronounce the word mauve? Anyway back to Now and Then - did you know that Demi Moore was a producer on the film? Get that bag, older!Samantha. Ryann would like to be buried in Soul Ties when she dies. Jill thinks this show sounds like a lawsuit waiting to happen. The Bear season 3 has premiered on Hulu, Jill started the first few episodes and is visited by an old (EX) friend of ours. Ryann tries to put on her youth council hat and explain the Girl So Confusing Remix with Charli XCX and Lorde to our audience. Someone once sent Ryann milk at a TGI Friday's on Staten Island, New York of all places. Diplo has revenge porn charges brought against him for the second time! WTF Diplo!! Minnie Driver also let us know he is a kook when it comes to surfing. Maren Morris and Julia Michaels are getting theirs in the form of new song Cut! (Give the song a listen!) We saw MJ the musical as part of our Broadway in Boston package (against our will?) and share our thoughts - spoiler alert we do not feel bad for Michael Jackson.
