It's been some time since we've connected on here and I wanted this episode to be quite deep. Recently I've  opened up about some past experiences which I've struggled with for most of my life, I'm sure some of these are very relatable to some of you listening. 

I thought the time was right for me to come to terms with it all and make allow myself to fully accept it and make it more known to help others who may have had similar experiences.
