Virgina Sergas joins Good Times Rolling to talk about her sporting experience, which started in triathlon, went to Exterra and now to mountain biking. Virginia joined us for our women's only skills clinic earlier in the year and will line up in the open category. Before then she is off to Exterra World Championships. A trained dietician she talks nutrition, fuelling and recovering for Cape to Cape with our nutrition partner PURE Sports Nutrition.
Also joining us is the newly crowned Oceania Mountain Bike Marathon Champion Sarah Tucknott. Sarah joined us for this episode after winning bronze at the Australian Championships and since recording has now claimed the Oceania title and will wear the jersey at Cape to Cape. Part of the Tucknott family she is riding the event alongside her brother Reece and mother Jenny, while dad Tony is the Course Manager.
Race Director Bill Hayes also checks in to talk about the brand new Cape Kids event and invitational prologue on Wednesday night.
