As I pulled the Four of Swords reversed yesterday I knew, ya girl needed to stop. I had a wonderful day of relaxing and unpacking WHY it was that I felt so guilty when I took a break. Today, I'll share with you my story of uncovering those thoughts and how I journaled my way through my limiting beliefs and subconscious guilt around resting and not being productive. 

I hope my thoughts and what helped me will help you if you're holding onto any lingering guilt for your breaks! Remember- we're entering a new phase of the feminine rising! I believe very soon our entire culture around work and productivity will shift!
