Good Witch Bad Bitch: Modern Spirituality Meets Bad B*tch Energy

Your favorite chaotic witch is back! Ah! I took a week off from working, writing, posting, creating, and all things career-wise. This was an absolutely transformative week filled with delicate self-compassion, soul awakening meditations, and absolutely sacred time spent with mother earth to reset, recalibrate and reinvigorate my spirit. 

I had no outline or even talking points for this video, so you may have to be patient with some of my rambles while I talk about what I realized, learned and explored during this time.

Like I said in this podcast, if you are able to take even a couple of days off from your responsibilities, I'd highly HIGHLY encourage you to do so. We are so programmed to constantly be doing and pursuing, once you seperate yourself from those man-made constructs you welcome yourself back into the driver's seat of your soul and your existence!

As I dive deeper into my own shadow work, I become increasingly more aware of those around me who display limiting beliefs (myself included!!) The sooner we are aware of these manifestation blockers, the sooner we can healthily release them and make way for growth & self love. I hope you all enjoy!
