In this recent episode of my podcast, I delve deeper into my personal journey of self-discovery and spiritual growth. We all carry aspects of identities and rules accumulated over the years derived from our experiences, fears, and family histories, which often hinder us from embracing ease and abundance. Here, I share my insights into a profound realization that shifted my perspective on accepting life's easiness and releasing deep-seated fears.
I reflect on past identities grounded in fear, which led to my struggle with personal loss in terms of ideas, finances, things, etc. Fear of loss brewed from childhood experiences and generational traumas of physical and intellectual property taken away. Since then, this fear amplified my anxiety to safeguard my ideas and work.
In a surprising twist, I discovered that letting go of the fear of receiving easy things and receiving ease, also allowed me to release, or ease, fear of loss. As I am open to receiving, whatever is mine will find its way to me.
Ultimately, my heartfelt wish is for each one of us to receive love, experience the magic of the universe, and most importantly, to learn to love ourselves and the world unconditionally.
