Kelvin Primary was one of the first schools for partially sighted children, to give a mainstream education.

The much loved institution closed it’s doors and moved to a new, shared, bespoke campus, as the original building, once an army barracks, was no longer fit for the 21st century.

RNIB Connect Radio’s Allan Russell spoke to some of the former teachers and pupils, as they reminisced about the much loved school.
