Heritage Minister Stephen Guilbeault is urging regulation of hurtful online comments in a briefing note obtained by Blacklock's Reporter. Guilbeault, who was accused of pushing for mass online regulation and government control with the now-stalled Bill C-10, is now claiming regulation of lawful but offensive Twitter posts is necessary for "a truly democratic debate." Former CTV broadcaster Tara Robinson has taken over the top posting at Regina's RCMP Heritage Centre. Jess Moskaluke, award-winning country musician and pride of Langenburg, Saskatchewan, got the rare opportunity to sing Canada's national anthem at the MLB All-Star game in Denver Tuesday night. Canadian talent was on full display, as Vladimir Guerrero Jr. of the Blue Jays was awarded the MVP title, and Moskaluke showed off Canadian musical talent behind the mic.
