Goshen News sports editor Austin Hough says goodbye, taking some time on his final TGN Sports Podcast to highlight some of his favorite cohosts, interviews and moments from his time hosting the show.
Goshen News sports editor Austin Hough and Tony Miller wrap up the 2022-23 prep sports season in this week's episode. After taking closer looks at the boys golf state finals (start-13:20) and the Westview baseball season coming to a close (13:20-17:20), the two look back at the highlights of eventful fall (17:20-28:45), winter (28:45-44:45) and spring (44:45-57:00) seasons for our coverage area. The two end the show discussing Goshen City FC's chances to host a home playoff game next week.

It was the busiest week of the spring sports season this past week, and Austin Hough and Tony Miller are here to break it all down. They open with the baseball sectional recaps (start-22:10), followed by softball sectionals (22:10-29:00), state previews for both the boys and girls track meets (29:00-47:25), putting a bow on the girls tennis season (47:25-51:51), previewing this week's boys golf sectional (51:51-57:30) and talking about a variety of other things to end the show, including Goshen City FC and the Elkhart County Miracle's upcoming big weeks.
Five of the six spring sports are in postseason action this week, and Tony Miller joins Austin Hough on this week's podcast to break it all down. They begin with girls tennis regionals (start-13:40) before going into the girls track regionals (13:40-20:10), boys track regionals (20:10-28:35), softball sectionals (28:35-42:15) and baseball sectionals (42:15-1:00:51). Austin and Tony then cover what was an eventful week of local boys golf action (1:00:51-1:10:00) before previewing the Goshen College track team going to the national meet, some local coaching news and other misc. sporting news from the week (1:10:00-end).
Mike Deak is this week's special guest co-host, as he joins Austin Hough to break down the upcoming girls tennis sectionals (start-10:00) and track sectionals (10:00-23:20) this week. The guys also talk about the news coming from the local boys golf (23:20-34:45), softball (34:45-40:35) and baseball (40:35-end) worlds as those sports wind down their regular seasons.
Tony Miller joins the show this week to talk about the Goshen City FC home opener (start-13:45), some of the top prep sports storylines as conference championship races heat up (13:45-49:40) and the success of the Goshen College track teams at the Crossroads League Championship, which includes the Maple Leaf Minute from Dante Stanton (49:40-end).
Even though it's cold outside, the calendar has flipped to May, meaning we're on the cusp of championship season for spring sports in Indiana. Steve Krah joins Goshen News sports editor Austin Hough to cover all the spring sports happenings, which include baseball (start-24:00), softball (24:00-33:30), boys track and field (33:30-40:05), girls track and field (40:05-44:15), girls tennis (44:15-47:10) and boys golf (47:10-49:45). Dante Stanton then provides the Maple Leaf Minute (49:45-51:15) before Steve and Austin wrap up the show talking about the NFL draft, NBA and NHL playoffs, MB and some of the emerging sports in Indiana.

Austin is then joined by Northridge Lacrosse board member Christy Burnstine to talk about the 9th annual LAXout Cancer event happening this Saturday at Northridge High School (29:05-end).
