Come with me to investigate the beauty of Charity. The devil wishes to obscure definitions in our modern day to lead people astray. Paul and Moroni act as a simple and beautiful dual testimony of the way our ancient ancestors meant for Charity to be understood. As always, it is pointing to Jesus Christ.

Explore 2 Nephi 2 with me where we learn about dichotomy and solve The Problem of Evil. Dichotomy is required for existence therefore if we want the concept of joy to exist we must also accept suffering. This also lays the ground work for the necessity of a redeemer and why this redeemer, Jesus, is the only source we can use to accomplish the purpose of life.

Today I discuss the Holy Spirit. I reaffirm the motif of The Gospel and how it can be seen as a pattern all through our lives. I ask what it mean for a God to be True and Living and relate it to how I can feel the Spirit talking back as I reach out to him? I also key in on how to find eternal truth instead of relying on doctrines of men.

Once Jesus pull us out of the mud, it's time for the first steps toward walking beside him. Baptism is the first step and the first word of our journey walking hand and hand with Jesus.

This is supposed to be "Gospel" foundations after all. Lets discuss the origins of the word and why you should even care. I also give a better foundation for my motivation to make this podcast in the first place. Later we'll explore concepts of suffering vs sadness and how Jesus Christ can help us out of our suffering and out of the mud. Near the end, I layout a road map for the concepts I plan on covering next.
