God teaches us to conquer fear by walking in faith and love. Let go and let God take over everything that has weighed you down with fear. Be encouraged that as you are going “through” the adversity, you are being refined for resilience. Meditate on the 3 life give scriptures, Psalms 23:4, Jeremiah 29:11, Isaiah 61:1-3 as well as the Resilience Mantra!

The importance of practicing consistency is crucial in helping you find and keep your focus, being diligent, and getting to that finish line. It is important to God that we are consistent with whatever we put our hands to that will please Him. Study 1 Corinthians 15:58 to help you stay consistent.
